i think that there is some hope in my chemistry. hahas. all thanks to triffany ;D
friday (01082008) Adeline, Triffany and I went to the Anchorvale CC's gym for some fitness training.
triffany, training for her stomach mucles, adeline and i never train, but we are excersing to get rid of BELLY FATS. LOL.
it was fun ! really. hahas. gym really helps to loss fats . hahs .
the gym was pretty nice and many guys were there to train their muscule. hahas .
i was quite scare at the 1st place, but, after all, there were many friends there such as ong maomao, the dog, xin deng, junyang, ben, jun han. i guess is lidat . hahas .
after gym , we went to the swimming pool ! it's really beautiful ! as there are 4 pools there !
one of the pool have all the same heights. one have the deep part (1.8m).
one is pools for children ! and lastly is the pool which have slides . ;D FUN !
after swimming, we went ajisen to have our dinner ! it was really yummy .
but, what i've ate have gain back all the fats that i've lose during the gym ! argh
well. i will post a FOOD post if im free ;D

yesterday night, i was very angry with kun.
i will make alot of noise so that the house will become more lifely, and you guess what ?!
kun say that i am very 'complain' wtf? i was just joking and he said those hurtful words.
angry lei ! asshole sia. he said 'shi jie shang jiu shi you ni zhe zhong ren, suo yi shi jie cai mei you he ping'
FK HIM LA. say until i cause alot of problems lidat. nb. dun like him sia.
i dun giv him the wonder girls album liaos . he never say sorry nevermind.
he still feel as if he said nothing wrong ! ASSHOLE RIGHT ?!

nevermind, now i am having a painful stomachach and headach .
im afraid that i am getting sick soon . but i dunwan ! because sick very pain !
