Question:
When analyzing your audience, what do you think is the ONE most important factor that you would consider in all forms of communication? Explain why.

Response:
In today lesson, i learn CAPS, i think that A whichstands for Audience is the most important factor to beconsider in all form of communication.
Firstly, when i see a problem, and we need to present itto the audience, i can't just base on my basic knowledgeand throw it at them. The audience will think that it isridiculous and get angry.I have to understand the problem, knows what type ofaudience I'm going to present to so that i can doresearch on it.
Furthermore, I should think in the audience shoe. So that i can roughly knows what information they would bemore interested and wants to know more about it.
Secondly, need to have contact with the audience. So that the audience won't think that you were disrespectful.
Thridly, in the presentation i need to ask question andmaybe crack some jokes so that the audience wont befeeling bored.
Lastly, language is very important. There must be othersracist people to be there so that they can guide theaudience by answering their questions and let them havea better understanding of the talks so that they won'tbe thinking that coming to this talk is just wastingtheir precious time.
