nowadays like no time to blog. haha
I'm trying my best to pay full attention in class,
trying my best to understand the problem statement,
and also trying my best to speak up more in order to get good grades.
I didn't get A in this semster. It's really horrible.
And also, I'm trying my best to train my own stamina.
I know that my running had deproved, as well as my mental.
Therefore using the lossing weight as my motivation,
and also what my idol had told me,
plus beverly's words, i will keep pushing myself and try to improve.
Afterall, it's all for my own good!
I wants a good body, that don't have fatty tummy!
I wanted to save many many money!
and to get what i wanted to come true,
i needs to control my spending of money.
and the food intake i eat!
one day, 2 proper, quite healthy meal! one week spent less than $30!
Chinese New Year is coming, and I need to buy new clothes!
And i wants to get my hair cutted & maybe dyed! :D
but still thinking in progress (:
Since I'm in the media arts courses, that uses adobe,
I hope that I can get a DSLR and a MACBOOK.
And have to sleep early so that I will have enough energy to survive in school and training,
and most importantly, at least 7hrs sleep in order to not get heavier and fatter! :D
I wanted to promise myself that I'll train and run if I've nothing on that day! :D
cause i want my fat fat body to be slim slim as soon as possible! *desparated!
Well, I've thought of my own training program! :X hahahas,
which is. running, do abs, do a bit of gym, and run again! (: *loss fats loss fats!!
most importantly is to control my diet! tsk!
Alright, I shall end here for now, need to get more rest for tomorrow!
